BOOST MOBILE - NOW OFFERING SOMETHING MORE - SERVICE & SELECTION

I must admit, Boost Mobile started-out horrific, by not having enough customer service representatives available to handle the huge demand mandated by new and current customers. It appears Boost Mobile got the message when many customers began to leave their service and go elsewhere. Immediately Boost hired enough customer service representatives to handle the new customer demands and growth and Boost Mobile also fixed their texting issue (another growth issue Boost Mobile wasn't ready to take on). Finally, Boost Mobile offered the Motorola Clutch phone and new and current customers began ordering the phone in unprecedented and record numbers. I must say, Boost Mobile offers clear, concise and dependable cellular service with no dropped c...

Yes, I agree. I bought the Clutch and tested it for a few days. While I loved the phone and how it was set up, I had a dropped call. I also tested it out for text messaging, because I have another phone. Several texts to and from the phone were never received. I had really high hopes for Boost and wanted to give it the old college try, but I am disappointed and will be taking the phone back. I have had Virgin Mobile for over a year now, and never, ever, had any problems. Calls are always clear, never dropped calls, and texts always go through. I got the X-TC phone, and while the keyboard is a little cramped, the phone is a workhouse and again very dependable. So, for 59.99 on Virgin, I get unlimited calling, a 1000 texts, and 5 MB of web acc...

Many people may have negative thoughts about Boost Mobile's service. But no one has given a company time to expand and work on it's service. No company is ever going to be perfect. But I will say that I refuse to with Virgin Mobile because of it's extremely rude customer service, dropped calls, and no-sent text messages. That's when I did prepaid and monthly with them. But give boost some time to workout it's glitches and you will see a whole new phone service.
