You both have a good point. I have seen it both ways. There are some misguided souls out there who will get multiple screen names and post false information. The problem is that the forums have anonymity. Nobody has any accountability.
Most people are not that devious and are merely venting frustration.
All of the carriers have compelling reasons to choose them and all of the carriers have weak spots.

I don't believe a consumer should really depend on what is posted in one of these forums to make their buying decision.
