Just because "you" don't care does not mean that nobody cares. Sharing bad experiences as well as good ones is very beneficial to the online community.
Who cares about giving a reputable comnapny a bad name. When they have issues they they do not seem to be trying to fix, then they deserve everything that is said about them. Being adults, we have the right to complain as well as compliment and there is nothing wrong with saying a company sucks as long as you give reasons to back it up and the posters in here give very valid reasons. You can just read more posts in here and on howardforums to see just how many people feel the same. Boost is fine for talking but the are terrible for textting and customer care.
If you want to keep putting your 2 cents in ranting about something this trivial then go right ahead, but realize that 2 cents are exactly what you and your rants are worth.
Nobody has the right to publish false information, and who can know what is or isn't true?
The bottom line is that anyone can register under 20 different usernames with anonymous email addresses from their IP provider, and then pretend to be 20 different people, all slamming the same company with bogus complaints.
That is why complaints of this nature are inappropriate, because there is no way to verify them for accuracy, and no way to hold the company supposedly at fault accountable.
With anonymity comes responsibility.
