If you are having a problem, by all means DO post and ask for help. But, "I used to have so and so and they suck," is neither helpful nor beneficial to this community. Many folks read these posts for helpful information, and all negative blather like this accomplishes is it tarnishes the name of a reputable carrier that is probably doing all it can to stay afloat in this troublesome economy.
I once had a really bad experience with a carrier, and if I wanted to, I could write a book about it here. I'm not going to do that because basically, nobody cares, and one experience doesn't equal an entire company's profile.
In conclusion, be adults and realize that your bad experience doesn't give you the right to crap in everybody's ears about it.
