I've been trying to access my account online for a week without success. I continue to get an error that the page is unavailable due to the network being down. I've called boost mobile customer care, but they just tell me the network is down and there is nothing they can do about it. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I hate not being able to do anything about the issues. Its not the rep when you call in. They have no power over the network issues
