Re-Boost fee charged when wireless web was down
Well, I must say I am very disappoint with Boost and how they do the "Re-Boost". I have had problems with my text messaging since day one, when I switched to the "premium" plan it got even worst. I was on hold or bounced between Sprint/Nextel agents who kept sending me into a que and left there. Finally today I get through, my cedit card was "re-boosted" for $15, well on the premium plan that will only happen when you reach less than $5.01, well with all the calls I made complaining about my text messaging not working, an agent took it on their own to CANCEL my plan, there re-activate it without even telling me. So I am using my phone as usual I get a text message (all of a sudden it works go figure)"Thanks for you $15 Re-Boost your account ...

First of all,this is not a contract!
I am so very tired of having to explain that the reason we have you the customer READ the Terms and Conditions and physically AGREE to them is to combat and avoid problems that you experienced...I am very sorry you had to go through those changes and I wish you had taken a moment to contact me so that I could resolve all of your issues....Hell, how many times must I offer my help before you take a chance and ask for it !!!

Well I know about the T&C but still I got whacked for the $15 plus they were like "oh we are sorry but we cant credit your card or we will have to deactivate it and you may not be able to use it again for any Boost use at all. See that didnt sit well at all. Plus my wireless web still acts like.....never mind plus I get delayed text messages and as usual I just stopped calling an being on hold for ever and getting bounced to Sprint. I mean since its a well known thing.....solution maybe? I mean when I upgrade pmy phone the 2 times it was a long drawn out processs. I want to get the i875 but am afraid that I will have even more issues. I like the service but hate the headaches when I had Cingular was better customer service but crappy coverag...
