Plenty of news about prepaid lately. Funny how nobody is talking about Boosts 2-way billing policy.

Did you know Boost bills for 6 day of 2-way usage if you use it only 5 days.

Boost begins its billing time at 3:00 pm. That way if you used your 2-way only during business hours, they can charge you for an extra day a week.

Even the customer Reps. at Boost won't give you a straight answer if you ask them why they don't start billing at midnight. They hung up when I asked for a supervisor.

Mikeeno...I'm sorry you were traeted so poorly, if you have any names or id #'s give em up and I will have somebodies head !
The truth about your first issue is that the 24hr period is from 12:01am to 12:00am, and we charge the 1.50 on the following day for your first DC use. I agree that you can get whacked if you use you PTT at 11:59pm once and then again at 12:01...the system has some issues. The text message has always been .10 for outbound and 0 for inbound....
The best option to keep a watch over our billing fauxpau's is to set up "MyAccount" on boostmobile.com and you can view the account activity as it occurs! We are not in business to beat anybody, my pledge to you!....Jess
