hey jess. its nice of you to come to the boost mobile board as a customer agent (rep) to come help any customers or potential ones. thats why nextel is the best!!!

i dont think you can help anyone becuase mainly the problems are coverage problems.

in my store we are starting to roll out boost mobile products too as well as my partners stores. i am not sure, however, especially in a wealthy state like mine people, young adults, will get boost, but we shall see.

I have a question Smile

I signed up with Boost this afternoon, and I can make calls fine, but when I try to call my Boost mobile number from my home phone, I get nothing but dead air...the phone doesn't ring on either end and the voicemail doesn't even pick up. I tried dialing the # from my T-Mo phone and it works fine...Any thoughts as to why I can't call from my home number? Thanks in advance!

Is your exchange a local exchange? T-Mobile for the most part requires a 10-digit dialing pattern, but most home phones don't. Try dialing your boost number from your home phone like you're calling it long distance, and if it rings-there's your answer- need to change the number. If not, back to the drawing board... Smile

Thanks for replying Very Happy

Unfortunately, I tried dialing as a regular 7 digit number and a 10 digit number with the same results. When I dialed it as long distance, I got a recording informing me that it was a local number and there was no need to dial a 1.

Very weird Confused
