That's IF the merger goes through in ALL markets, which is a big if, considering the overlapping/monopolizing problems that we're running into.
Also, the stores are hiring employees just the same. It's not as if they'll have to lay a bunch of people off, they're CONVERTING stores, not closing stores (corporate stores, anyway).
