Thats cool. I was just wondering. It pisses me off sometimes that I cant help a customer, ya know? I hate to give up and just tell them they are SOL.

Hey titans, I wasnt doubting what you told me. Just wanted to see if there was any other option to fix the issue. Like I said, I just hate to tell a customer I cant help them if theres anything I can do to get them up and running.

I'm not one of those bastages that just sends out an OAA thinking thats the be-all-end-all to troubleshooting
