Confidentlality Agreement Question?????????

I was wondering what you guys know what's gonna happen with the whole 1 year agreement about maintaining confidentiality after employment once AT&T takes over.

Since it was signed with Dobson, and Dobson is going to be no more.... does that mean you can just go work for another carrier no problem??
