So who likes the new console? I dont hate it.. theres just some little things that will take some getting used to, like having to enter dealer code on every feature/plan change now. It is a lot faster then going in and making all the changes though. I like that you can start a note, tab over and do some other things with the account and then go back to the note and what you've typed is still there. Thats a big bonus. No more typing 4578934572345897 notes every time you change something, note it, customer wants something else done, do it, note it...and on and on.
