just a couple quick questions....

does anyone really know whats going on with the att takeover. because everytime i turn around im hearing something different. i dont want to be "owned" by att for the rest of my contract. so whats the best course of action i found a new carrier...ive never had a problem with cell one until recently. problem one. i authorized a payment of $150 they processed the payment for 250 causing everything in my checkin acct to bounce... it was like pulling teeth to get the money refunded and my overdraft fees taken care of. then my phone was shut off. ive never had my phone shut off for non payment but htey shut me off. so i called cust care and they said i have 2 accts and my second acct is 60 days past due... i asked for the phone # to "my second ac...

no one knows for sure what is going to happen after the sale goes through... people say that when cingular changed to att, people could keep their current plans until they resigned their plans for new equipment, but who knows whats gonna happen here... if they were to change your plan they would PROBABLY let you opt out of the contract, but thats just speculation....as far as them taking a double payment from your acct, and having to pull teeth to get the money back, well thats just par for the course....

i just want out of my contract now that i feel like im not getting good service let alone customer service. i dont want to offend anyone i just dont want any part of either company what so ever!

yeah, im pretty sure when at&tingular takes over, if they force you off your plan you'll have the option to opt out of your contract within 30 days. at least thats how they did it when cingular took over at&t wireless
