I just had a weird interaction. An elderly gentleman came into my store with a beat up Motorola V190. He stated that there are two lines on the account and the account holder is deceased. He wanted me to take the phone. He said that someone had continued the account wrongfully and the other person was in Ohio. I told him that we do not cancel accounts here because we are an authorized dealer. I educated him that he must either call customer service or visit the COR store which is a couple miles down the road. These customers came to you for one of two reasons.

1. It was a test from God seeing if you could withstand the mighty annoyances from hell.

2. It was a team of deadly ninjas using the annoyance technique that causes its victim to commit suicide intead of listening to the dravelling on of two old folks about nothing that concerns or can be helped by you.

Me i think it was the first because any Ninja from this area would have you throwing yourself off the nearest bridge in 10 minutes or less.

Please drive through and have a nice day!
