But one problem is, we would not have enough reps to cover AT&T's customer base unless our call center became AT&T's dedicated overnight crew. I mean jees, 60 million customers compared to our 1.7 million? With just usually 7-10 reps on at night, we get slammed most nights. Would hate to see the amount of calls we got with 61.7 million customer base. We still might not have enough reps to cover it though. But, I also hold out hope of being kept by AT&T after the takeover. Read this. ... »
