Authorized Dealers
as a C1 Authorized Dealer I am just wondering what will happen to all of C1's existing Dealers?? Will we be grandfathered in as an AT&T Authorized dealer or will we have to re-apply thru ATT??... I am excited to offer a bunch of new phones and be part of a national carrier but I am also concerned that we may not be as valuable to a large company as we were to C1....any one have any thoughts on what my happen?

If the acquistion will be like the AT&T Wireless aquisition, your locations will be absorbed and grandfathered in.
This will be based off your monthly numbers, and close proximity to other AT&T stores, both Agent and COR.
I have seen stores whose numbers that are not so great get replaced with a new location owned by a high volume dealer or a COR store.
My guess is you are either in Graham, Stephneville, Paris, or in West Texas.
