Best to do a master reset with the device to see if error is cleared that way. T-Mobile Nokia 6133's have a glitch as to where sometimes when doing an MMS, the phone shuts off by itself and powers itself back on. BTW, the 6133 is the T-Mobile cousin of our native 6126.
