what this means for a Cellular One customer in Kentucky that possibly might be in the Lexington Market? Does this mean, you can change your plan to ATT sooner or what?Any info appreciated.

I "think" what its saying is that AT&T cant have the KY and OK markets it has listed above. They will have to sell them off or something.

we really dont have any more info other than they have to sell it off per the fcc. once we get more info we will be sure to post it so that we can get this cleared up.
