I don't know what the case was in Michigan, but Cricket pulled out of Michigan and sold their network & customer base in that state to Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless is still building out the PCS network that Cricket didn't complete, including in areas that Verizon Wireless already covers with their cellular band network.
