A few questions about Cricket

First off, the main thing I wanted to know.

Does Cricket send you a monthly call list? Like, with numbers that you have called and times and durations of the calls? I was hoping to find a carrier that DOESN'T send a monthly list, and my friend said that is the case with Cricket. Anyone who has Cricket, could you answer for me please?

Also, I heard that outside the calling area, the phone is dead as far as connection. Is there anyway to use your phone outside the Cricket calling area. I heard something about travel time, like that you pay 60 cents for, something like that. Or is the phone usesless for communication when outside the call area?

Both things are tru. You do not receive a list and yes, you can use your PHN nationwide on VZW network with travel time. Expensive, but handy. 😁

Or just GO with Verizon since they don't send detailed bills either. You just get a summary bill with a breakdown of costs.

They do not send a detailed bill you just have to call customer service. The will even just send a text message.

Cricket does not send customers a bill and does not keep records of calls. They offer ABP (automatic bill pay) which actually saves you money at the time of signing up. Cricket offers no contracts, either. So you don't have to be charges outrageous fees for two years before you can disconnect. If ANYONE has any questions about Cricket- e-mail me! I can help you out, I know a lot about them!

Only if you request a bill, are you sent one. There is incentive at the time of activation to save $5 and sign up for automatic bill pay, where your monthly charge is automatically deducted from your account. Also, you pay in advance for service, so you will never be charged outraheous fees for overages (because Cricket is unlimited usage), and pay as you go.

Is there an option to get a detailed bill or just summarized bill?

no, your options are either to get a summarized bill (which is really just a reminder to pay, since it is a pay in advance service), no bill at all (automatic payment), or a text message. because most of your services are unlimited, the company does not count your call times.

I need to know how to get a record of calls from cricket without going through the whole process of getting the form, having it notarized, and then processed by a service center. If they are able to pull your calls at the service center then why can't you just get a record through your online account like other companies....PLEASE HELP!
