😁 YES! PRETTYMOBILE HAS LEARNED THAT YOU CAN MAKE UNLIMITED CALLS, BUT YOUR TALK TIME
IS FAR FROM UNLIMITED! A PRETTYMOBILE DIVA WHO TALKS A LOT INFORMED THE REST OF THE US THAT AFTER A HOUR & A HALF ON A CALL, CRICKET WILL END IT! HANG IT UP! DROP YOU ON YOUR HEAD! OF COURSE PRETTYMOBILE SENT A SEXY DECOY TO INVESTIGATE! CRICKET TELLS HER, THIS IS HOW THEIR NETWORK IS SET UP. YOU JUST HAVE TO CALL BACK! TURNS OUT, YOU CAN CALL EVERY PERSON IN AMERICA IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD, BUT WHATS THE POINT IF YOU HAVE A TIME LIMIT ON HOW LONG YOU CAN TALK!?! CRICKET FEELS IF YOU CHOOSE A COMPANY WITH ITS NAME, YOU DONT NEED TO TALK THAT LONG, YOU SHOULD BE WORKING TOWARDS A BETTER CREDIT SCORE & CONTRACTED SERVICE! 😁 🙄 😲 🤭 😁...

You cricket reps are just plan liars. I bet that is one of the things they teach you in training. Screw every customer you can. You do and say anything you can to pretend you company is actually worth working for.

It is up to the consumer to READ the documentation that is included with the phones to ensure they KNOW what they are getting into. If you dont read the literature, you have no right to blame someone else for your lack of understanding. YOU are the only one who is here to protect YOU! Take the control & power into your own hands by ensuring you know what you are getting into! Why do people always have to blame someone else for their own mistakes?!

Couple of things:

1. You might be confusing Cricket with MetroPCS: addition, if any call duration exceeds one hundred twenty minutes (120) minutes, MetroPCS may, in its sole discretion, terminate any such call." No such clause exists in the current T&C for Cricket. Therefore, Cricket can't terminate your calls after a certain amount of time.

2.Yeah, Cricket feels that people who want to get unlimited for under $100 w/ no contract are totally nuts. As a matter of fact, we care a lot about our customers: For instance on May 20th Cricket Wireless paid for everyone in Las Vegas to take public transportation to work as a thank you to the community. When was the last time you saw a contract carri

Well, forgive us if we don't give the phone for free as well as our first month of service. The reason that the phones are sold at MSRP is because if someone signs up for service but does'nt pay for future bills, who do you think has to eat the money for the phone.

Also, in response to your second point about the bus rides not being confirmed:

Perhaps your "research" should come from "sources" that are older than 4 years old.

U.S. Cellular will replace you battery for free whenever you want even if you damaged it yourself, contract or no contract. That seems pretty nice to me.

Mmmmmmmmm, not sure if that is true. One thing that DOES limit your talk is the poor battery life on ALL Cricket Phones. So yes, you can talk Unlimited... as long as you have 4 Back Up Batteries!

Cricket is a MVNO that uses Sprint's network. As such, priority for calls and texts are given to Sprint customers on Sprint's network. If there is a situation with high demand on the network priority will be given to Sprint customers. In those instances, Cricket customers may not be able to call out or if they are in a call, that call may be dropped to allow the Sprint call to complete. We should be thankful in my opinion that companies like Cricket exist to provide cell service for those with bad credit or people who don't want to or can't spend a lot on cell service. I travel a lot so for me Verizon is where it's at.

I have never seen a more misinformed post in my life. Cricket IS NOT a MVNO. They build and own their own network. Nothing you said is even remotely true. A lot of people dislike Cricket, and that is fine. I don't use them. But do not come in here and misinform people under the guise that you are "knowledgeable" about the wireless industry.

Cricket built and use their own towers....only time cricket customers use other towers is when roaming. That's why you have to have roaming minutes or flex bucket money to roam.

What suprises me is that people will come in here and gripe and complain about cricket or another carrier over something they have heard, not something they have actually experienced. Unless you have personally had cricket's service you really have no right to complain. I've had there service for two years both phone and internet. I don't have dropped calls like ppl in this post have said, however my internet does slow down towards the end of the month and speeds back up again once the month starts over.

everyone is either going to love cricket or hate it. people are not lemmings. your opinion counts as long as it is based in accountable facts. not every phone company or phone is a fit for every customer. nobody claims to be without ocasional issues or problems, and no phone company is without phone issues or a ocasional bad product. all anyone can do is take the opportunity they have to try it and decide for themselves. I'd rather have a few minor problems with a cheaper service cost, than the same thing and be stuck with it for 2 years.

with any cell phone at every company you do get what you pay for, if you want the cheapest phone it is built with the cheapest parts and has more issues. higher end phones have better parts inside and h...

The only point I was trying to make is to give something a chance before you judge it. If I would have went based on what other ppl said than I would have never given cricket a chance.

Plus you wouldn't say "I hate cheesecake" just because someone else said it, you would try it atleast-or hopefully you would anyway.

Cricket does slow down things once you reach a certain GB of service but it's really not that bad in my opinion.
