everyone is either going to love cricket or hate it. people are not lemmings. your opinion counts as long as it is based in accountable facts. not every phone company or phone is a fit for every customer. nobody claims to be without ocasional issues or problems, and no phone company is without phone issues or a ocasional bad product. all anyone can do is take the opportunity they have to try it and decide for themselves. I'd rather have a few minor problems with a cheaper service cost, than the same thing and be stuck with it for 2 years.

with any cell phone at every company you do get what you pay for, if you want the cheapest phone it is built with the cheapest parts and has more issues. higher end phones have better parts inside and have better capabilities.. same with toasters, cars, tv's and shampoo.. you decide what cost you want to spend. and what you want to get out of it..
