Cricket's online chat SUCKS!
what makes me angry is how rude the online chat reps are. i can understand that they cannot assist current customers, but there is no need to be rude about it.
i broke my phone, and i went online to look at their new phones, and the chat box pops up, and it asks if i need help shopping. i clicked yes, and the drop down menu had the option for purchasing question. since i had purchasing questions, i chose that.
the rep answered none of my questions, just told me to go to the store, and then he ended the chat, but not before telling me that he did not design the website, and that the online prices are for new customers only.
i chatted with another rep, and he started typing in bold letters, as if he was yelling at me.
i did the survey at the end of the chat, and i gave everyone i chatted with poor ratings.
it is really sad that wireless companies treat new customers better than the current customers.
