Actually I've already went into another Cricket store and they fixed the problem with no problem lol. I guess when I originally transferred my number to the Hint they forgot to take off the $15 extra monthly charge that you have when you have an Evoke and that little charge was messing everything up with the Hint. The night before I went to the second store I had also noticed on my web browser said "Cricket Evoke", so maybe my Hint thought it was an Evoke? Lol. The lady took the charge off, refreshed my account and reprogrammed the phone and sent a couple pic texts to make sure everything was okay and it was. She also said that the first store that I went into probably wasn't a corporate store, which I have no clue what's the difference now because the store I have here (I live in Fairborn Ohio which isn't far from Dayton) looked just like a regular Cricket store, it had the Cricket sign, they sold nothing but Cricket phones and accessories, only thing was is wasn't as nice looking as some of the other Cricket store I'd been in. But she said they probably couldn't do anything but reprogram my phone because they didn't have the system that she has where she was able to look at and refresh my account and all that. I'm just really happy that I wasn't sold a defective phone and it's finally fixed.
