I don't think Cricket is all that horrible, no company is perfect and you can't please everybody. I personally like Cricket because they don't do the whole contracts thing, and I like not having to worry about minutes. I've had minute phones before and I hated having to worry about that. I've never had any problems with my bill, it's always been the same every month, and the customer service is reasonable (especially when the customer is being reasonable lol). I've read the other posting on here talking about if you talk more than an hour and a half Cricket will cut your call off and that's just totally absurd. I've had calls last a lot longer than that and not once has the call just ended for no reason. That posting just made me laugh with the things people will make up. I'm not trying to sound like a Cricket lap dog when I say these things either, but it's the truth.
