I was just wond'ring, when you call cricket's customer service you hear diff accents from the operators. Is cricket's customer service center in the U.S.???

okay,so this is what happened. Out of curiosity i called the customer service hotline a guy (with a different accent, a little bit of an indian actually) operator answered the call. I asked some information with the plans that they offer (pretending not to be a customer, though I am) then after the guy answered all my question I asked him if he's also in the US and he said yes. I then asked him if he is an Indian and laughed out with his answer, he said (with an indian accent) "oh yes sir! i'm an american but I was just raised in India!"

I agree they do have a lot of people with accents that work for them but they get the job done so hey it should not matter where they are from as long as they get the job done!!!

😕 i happen to think that this was a very rude comment, and if it were me on the line i would have politely told u that my origin has no bearing on our conversation so he was a lot more polite that i would have been .

Yup...the CS is contracted and is down right horrible. Better to go into your local corporate location, not dealer.

That's the problem with Cricket, they'd be a decent company if they invested in something that would keep customers. Heck you can't even call into anyone if you're late on your bill.

That is not true you can call customer service or you can go into the store an make a bridge payment an that will hold them off on cutting your line, You can make a bridge payment as long as you phone is still on you can put $20.00 on you account an that will hold you over for 7 days!!
