I can understand not wanting to provide support for a phone like mine but at the same time I'm trying to give Cricket some ARPU here.... WTF?

Cricket CS on phone lying trying to say we don't have internet in this city? Come on now... ridiculous.

The agent that set me up is a retard. Missed out on sales of BT, Case, MicroSD card, etc... What if I wanted to add an extra line or two or three or more in the future?

I would call CS again and try to get someone more cooperative but who knows what notes they've already put on my account and don't need anything else negative on it. Can I just keep asking for supervisor of supervisor of supervisor etc? Threaten to cancel service? Hahaha camcel if they don't add it to my account.. then come back to that agent and re-act just to piss them off . Act fee just might be worth paying again just to get her back haha.
