The main reason that they cricket rep wont help you is that they are just focused on sells. Since you account as already been activated they don't want to spend time working on problems.I see this all the time. That is why they will tell you to call customer service or go to a bigger store. You also have to watch out for Cricket retail stores and Authorized Dealers. I have seen Dealers sell some really crappy phones. Saying they are fully flashed when they aren't. Like I said they are just out to make sells and nothing else. The make and model of a handset wont prevent a plan from being put onto any particular handset.I work for a cell phone company and even if the phone inst fully flashed I can still put a rate plan that as everything on it.
