Finally got around to calling CS again today. Rep on the phone was adding the feature then says she needs to put me on hold. Comes back in two min and tells me web isn't available in my area (Charlotte. Hahahaha... sure)!!!!!
I tell her I am looking at the EV-DO icon on my phone showing network availability and I know many people with web on Cricket, some of whom are in the room with me at work. Also they advertise web in my area.
Ask to speak to supervisor. On hold again for two minutes. Rep comes back and tells me can't add it because phone is flashed. I play dumb and ask what flashing is, then tell her that is impossible as this is a Cricket branded handset (Moto QA30 is what is listed on my account) and I have the box. She says internet wont work on it. I tell her the box says it will. Bought it from a friend I say brand new. Goes back and forth for couple minutes me telling her I am holding the phone in my hand and describing what it looks like while she tells me it is flashed.
Finally talk to supervisor. Same thing. Told to go to corporate store. Obviously they want to see it.
VERY pissed. This phone has never been on Cricket. How else could they know it is flashed unless agent specified it when activating? She WAS griping about not getting commission for the activation and didn't even bother to program it for me.
