Do Cricket accounts have a call detail of icoming /outgoing calls that are accessible to account holders? I was thinking of getting cricket and don't want another acct like Net10 that has no call detail. Thanks to anyone who may know.

It does not come automatically, you do have to pay $25 per month that you want your details then shipping and handling and processing charges depending on how quickly you want them,

Next day: $100
2-3 Day: $50
1-2 Weeks: $25

It is because Cricket is not required to keep those records like companies such as T-mobile, with us being unlimited everyhing, it would be ridiculous to expect us to keep those for every customer, so when they request them from us they do have to pay and we have to send in the request and have them all pulled and sent to our store for the customer to receive...

Yeah, I mean it gets nuts when you have like 15 people who need their call detail records because they dropped thier phones in the toilet, then listen as they blow up about $25 bucks. That's why theres MyBackup; $2 and you don't have to wait a week.

this is ridiculous... why should i have to pay for this... talk about hidden fee's... With all the free stuff given by other carriers like U.S. Cellular. Free incoming calls, Free call detail, OH and Free my contacts backup... I don't think i am switching over to cricket... sorry seems kinda buggy. 👿
