I am curious if cricket has text msg logs available for law enforcement.
I am involved in a case where my ex was threatening my life and assaulted me.
Her text msgs would confirm my alegations.
Seems like there should be some record of text msgs and the content on a server somewhere.
keep getting different answers. Does anyone know?

i'm not sure about cricket...i work for sprint. but i'm sure the same applies, we're not allowed to moniter or record any information contained within a text or voice call without a wiretap warrant. we do however have thurough information of date, time, and where it was sent/recieved from...just not the information in the message...it violates privacy laws...big brother isn't THAT good

The account owner can request the text messages be sent to them for their account. Since by law carriers are required to keep this info for some time. Sprint used to keep them on the website when you logged into your account but then took it down. But you can request them from most carriers.
