Will Cricket ever get the Q?...

You can get any CDMA phone and have it reflashed to work on cricKet's network. In my area, cricKet and other local carriers reflash the phone to work on their network.

but that doesn't mean -- that you have all of cricket services -- you can get calls 90% of the time on a flash phone -- 60% of the time for txt msgs -- pic and other data service ie/web -- WILL NOT WORK! must of these bastards dont tell you that!

Those are normal stats for cricKet. lol Re-flashing should just reprogram the programming. Data, pic mail, shouldn't work. Formats of J2ME, BREW, etc should be different on the carriers manufactured phones.

if you buy a verizon Q it can be flashed to cricket with working data and mms

Yup. Once you flash it, you've ruined your PRL and software with the original carrier. My tech and I tried to install the correct software and prl on a Sprint branded phone. Watch out on 3rd party vendors that may sell carrier's phones.
