๐Ÿ™‚ Hah! The problem isn't the customer service as much as it is the customers from what I've seen.

Nice one Kimberly. I'll be sure to stay away from Wirelesstoyz in the future.

I had an unfortunate year that reflected poorly on my credit rating. I also had an account with Verizon and wanted to upgrade my plan to avoid the $100+ a month in overages they were charging me. Long story short, this could not be done without signing on for another contract. No one likes contracts but we accept them in exchange for seriously subsidized (or free) phones. Fair enough. I left them, and their poor coverage (NW Portland) and have been with cricket for 5 months and couldn't be happier. OK, I could. I tried to switch to Cingular but they wanted a $900 deposit. But cricket is not bad, especially for those of us on the financial mend. My bill is always...

what makes you think im trying to win customers? and you just confirmed what i said... anyone looking for cricket is cracked out, OR has really bad credit. what they dont know is that there is a lot of companies that will no contract and unlimited minutes, that have WAY better coverage then cricket.

Actually there is no cust. service. As I stated in another thread, I tried for hours and only got automated responses. I am no longer with cricket because they suck. I have never done crack or meth, and my credit is just fine.

IMHO it is bad form to say these things when you have the name of the company you work for as part of your "screen name" thingy. When you advertise who you work for, you actions directly reflect on the company you represent.

I work for Sprint and I've hadcan say cricKet is actually not bad...the only thing they can improve on is phone quality. But all around good, dependable service depending on your service market. Just poor customers huh? Says you...you cant be judgemental of people, at the same time i cant be mentoring you myself. Live and learn...

Here in Phoenix/Mesa area Meth addicts are more prevelant than "Crackheads". Cricket is tapping into a market that other carriers dont. The service isnt the greatest but if your a Methhead or Crackhead with terrible credit and no bank account than Cricket is perfect!

I am in Portland and I have cricket now -- (I had sprint before) and I am not a meth user or crack head--
I just like a good value---
The cricket network in PDX is much better than my sprint service.

That is so true. Despite what some people say, crickets inability to roam and poor data reliability (yes, even in the portland metro area) makes the only real reason for an informed person to choose them the lack of a contract.
I work for a retailer and we have people coming in several times a week asking where they can find a cricket store, and they are obviously people who wouldnt fair so well in a credit check... (anyone who has worked in the wireless industry knows what I'm talking about...)

*Just as an example, you can go with T-mobile and get 1500 anytime minutes and unlimited text, pix and flix for a total of $55 a month, and not have to worry about roaming, traveling, or not recieving/sending messages.
