So I'm gonna clear up a few things Kimberly above said that are in-correct. First cricket does have a return policy just like every other carrier. It IS 30 min or 30 days and people are made aware of that when they purchase the phone, it is posted in numerous places and on the receipt. As for the service I personally have two cricket phones and i never drop calls or have service related issues. NO one gets "screwed" out of there money and especially not "300 to 500 dollars" the most expensive phone they sell is only $350. And I'm NOT a dealer and as far as "Commission" If you did your research you'd know that at corporate stores NO one is payed on commission. So they have NO benefit in "lying" to customers..... sincerely, A very happy, EDUCATED Portland cricket customer.
