As I stated before Customer Service will get better as we continue to grow and we spend some more time training them. We apologize about the experience you had but in the future please visit one of our corporate stores. They usually can resolve any issue you have!
Return Policy people don't read the return policy on the back of the receipt. Hell they don't even know its there. We need to do a better job of educating our customer that the return policy is on the back of the receipt. We do at my store!
Again we apologize for the service or lack there of. Things will get better so all I ask is keep us in mind when you make your next purchase.
