I normally don't talk bad about a company, and feel I'm not being overly pronounced in my feelings towards them. Its just that I don't appreciate spending a lot of money for a phone with a company, and then have headaches. It would be fine and dandy if that were just it, but to talk to CS and be treated like an idiot or a nuisance, that's just not right.

I already ordered another phone from a different company and have my Cricket phone on eBay since they are not willing to offer me any sort of refund or other options.
