OMG...some of you people are so ignorant... Every month you ask about "why is my bill so high." The only way your bill can be high is if you are late or you change something on your account.. take responsibility people!!! And don't take your white trash frustrations out of the reps...it's not their fault!!

I have to say that I totally agree with you! I worked in a cricket retail store for about 2 years and it was like watching 8 hours of uncensored commercial-free JERRY SPRINGER. They never wanted to pay their bill but always expected to get something for free.

ACTUALLY IN MY MARKET its the oppisite of white trash that are the majority of crass and irresponcible IDIOTS.

the reps are under paid, over worked and over stressed.

most people let the late charges pile up and then blame the reps.

so true. I work for Verizon and we had one woman who was going into Canada (we live on the border) and getting those lovely long distance charges. She would come in insisting that we do something about it. So...we got on the phone with CS took care of the prob by putting her on a canada plan (tada problem solved). She then went to a store in a neighboring town and complained that we put her on a plan that she didn't need and her kids were going over in their texting b/c of it. blah blah blah. They tracked her calls to a tower in montreal. She was a Dr's wife lol. We have been instructed to let her deal with her overages and frustrations by calling customer service HERSELF!!! Sigh!!! (of relief)

bull shiet... i was a store manager for that ba stard of company for a year of my life and for one i dont know how the markets are anywhere but in san antonio but sometimes the customers not always wrong -- i even noticed that the company somehow was over charging or even double debits/credit cards -- and so yeah whatever...

i used to get service from cricket and always paid on time, but somehow there would always be variations on my bill. these variations rangedv from .50 to 7.00 so i decided to go elsewhere for service.

i believe it...i gave some my friends phone and they noticed that cricket was double or tripping charging them!! they have the billing statements and of course they would refund the money or offer some sort of credit but come on! i am glad i left this carrier to go to tmo i am somewhate excited about it but ugh if u've work for one carrier you've work for all of them...
