So I wanted to ask, before I got involved with Cricket in any capacity, what should I be concerned about? I've heard things about fees for paying bills, and calling customer service and what not, and I just wanted to substantiate all of these "hidden concerns" before I did anything. Could any of you offer some insight into some things you've experienced with Cricket that you weren't anticipating? Thanks!
Here in Vegas if you pay your bill in store there is a $3 fee, if you pay it over the phone it is a $2 fee. However you can do automatic bill pay, pay online, or mail in your payments all for free. Also if you select a rateplan you can change it at anytime, just if you move your plan down there is a $15 fee one time due upfront. But what is nice is nothing is ever billed to your acct so your bill does not fluctuate. Just if you want to add a feature do it in store or else you will notice change of svc fees on your next bill.
