Whats Cricket's Retail Starting Wages. Also does it pay commission, and if so how much?

😁 Cricket PAYS GREAT!!!!! No the do not work on commission because they want there employees to work togeather as a team, that why there pay is so awsome!!!! They also have great benefits, , you get a monthly bonus if you have all your training up to date and you hit you sales goals!!! 😁 I wouldn't want to work for anybody else!!!

no there is not commission you work as a team the bonuses are just an incentive for you to make the sales!!!!

if they work so hard as a team, why do they promote people who sleep with the area managerial staff and the people that could do a better job get sh1tcanned.

does it really matter. i make my $400 car payment just on cricket customers coming to a real company wanting better service. I had my employees mystery shop cricket stores and write reports so we can share with other co-workers on what poor customer service is like, also got some laughs out of it.

I was with cricket for 1 week an made manager an i did not sleep with any one I did my damn job an showed them that i could do it so unless you worked for them you would not know so don't talk stuff unless you know what you are talking about

I made $50,000 as an assistant for Cricket. My base was $34 and the rest was bonuses. But it wasn't worth it. Dealing with all the customer service issues they have. And think about it...you are dealing with all the people that are on welfare. It's like the DMV and Welfare had a baby and named it Cricket.

Im just going through some of these and I know some post are from last year, but really, a manager in one week...this explaines yet another reason of the poor customer service that is given. If I walked into a store and wanted to speak to a manager and I found out he/she has been with the company for only a week I would laugh and take my business elsewhere. Thats a joke.
