Does anybody know the default VM password for Cricket phones? My wife's phone has been set up since day one to check voicemail without a password, and we need it now to check messages from a landline phone

If that doesn't work log in from your cell and go to the options menu and set a new one

How do I do that on a Kyocera Phantom?

Its the same thing for all cricket phones. it's always 9999 or you can just call from your cell and set a new one.

I may just have to let customer service reset it. I never got one to begin with, and my phone goes straight to vm whenever I dial it. But when I dial from a landline and try to use 9999 it tells me its incorrect.
