This is not true. You are probably missing one of the required codes. We have agrements with most carriers, but at times pictures still don't transfer due to other issues that can't be discussed. Go into a corporate store and they will let you know which carriers we are having issues with at this time. In Houston we are having issues with TMO. I pesonally send pics to VZW and Cingular/at&t all the time. Sorry but I don't know anyone with Sprint/Nextel.
