Can an US Cellular or US Cellular Agent plesae help me? I am a customer of Verizon Wireless, and even though I realize that this is NOT the Verizon forum, I still have a question. My parents live in Cass County, Indiana and as soon as I get to Cass County (Galveston), I can only make calls, I can not receive calls, and I am in solid roam.

I have asked Verizon why this happens, and they do not know, they blame it on my phone.Any help will be appreciated.

Try dialing *228... HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA... Just kidding. There used to be a code *18 I believe for "follow me roaming"... An outdated call delivery method, try that. Alot of those old features are still in place like roamers access ports and the like. Czech it out.

another thing you can try as i know this happens on USCC network, you may need to set up a roaming pin as well. this is a newer security item that has been imposed to combat cloning fraud. call your carrier's roaming support office and have then register you on the network in cass county this may correct issue as well.
