Getting a vx6000...

Well, the vx4400 has served me well, but I think it is time to get a new toy with a camera on it 😁 . Thing is, when not signing up for a new plan the vx6000 is pretty expensive.

I was wondering if there was a way to get a credit on turning my 4400 back in and using it toward a 6000 or if anyone had one they wanted to sell? Also, is it possible to take a Verizon programmed 6000 and have US Cellular reprogram it to work on their network? On ebay getting a 6000 for Verizon is cheap and no problem... Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't recommend getting the Verizon phone off eBay, or any phone off eBay for that matter. Text messaging, easyedge, etc wouldn't work. And if you can't have easyedge, what's the point of the camera phone??? 😕

Can't have text messaging or easyedge if I get a phone off of eBay? Even if it is a USCC phone? Why is that?

I think he just ment you can't use them if it is a verizon phone. I have bought several USCC phones off of e-bay and they work just fine. You do however have to watch out for fakes and scams as always though.
