Hello goodbye! My friends who work at US Cellular say this company is just a shell of its former self. They are really cranking down the pressure on sales reps expecting them to fix all the screw ups their overpaid executives made over the past few years. Rather than take any responsibility for their mistakes (like the new billing system), they blame everyone else. Upper management is totally incompetent but won't face up to the fact. They come out with rip off plans and now expect customers to take the bait. They do everything the other big guys do like nickle and dime customers for everything and then can't figure out why customers are leaving in droves.
