To me it seems they are coming apart at the seams and it really went into effect when that garbage TOPS launched untested. The company was not doing great before, but now it's coming apart as a result of all the internal errors of this system as well as how slow it runs when using it. Transactions that took 10 minutes in the old system can now take up to an hour. Now customers wait 2 or more hours to be waited on as a result. What really amazes me is why anyone would stay with this company? When you have people coming in and saying "I waited 2 hours to be helped and my bill has been off $600 for the past 4 months, but I'm here to renew" is beyond me. What is wrong with these people? The company has turned into high pressure used car salesmen now with their new account review process. That and managers sitting or standing by you and pressuring customers to buy things has to make customers very uncomfortable. I think in the end, it will drive customers away as they won't like being jumped (like a car salesman) every time they come in to pay a bill. Agreed, US Cellular is doing another epic failure, just like they usually do.
