US Cellular used to deliver the ICE, Ideal Customer Experience, now they only deliver the cold shoulder, unless you are adding a line or starting a new account. Every time I visit my local store I wait forever and then get someone who obviously dose not care. 5000 loyalty points is not bad if you do not mind paying the extra bill they sent you that no one is able to explain , or do anything about. If you can find anyone who cares enough to try to explain it. Call customer service and extend the bad joke with a two hour wait time just to get hung up on. Do like we are doing, start the New Year with some new phones and a new carrier.

I have some friends that still work there. They have told me that their jobs are hell. All the company cares about are new lines. They are way, way understaffed and have absolutely no plans to hire more help. They want to condition customers to accept and get used to waiting 2 to 3 hours before being helped. Current employees are quitting left and right due to the deplorable work environment. From what friends have told me, instead of the company working to prevent their current staff from quitting, they are actually taking the opposite route and threatening current staff that if they don't hit numbers, look at exiting the company in 2014. Oh sure after screwing up so many accounts, bait and switch "Belief Plan" give us a useless 5000 points.
