I just started at us cellular 2 weeks ago and...
On a side note is it worth it???
I just started and I hate every single day I have been there. It is ridiculous. Every time I observed a transaction for a customer the manager has had to apologize and issue a credit to their account 90% of all the customers that come in want to pay a bill than are upset because the bill system messed up there stuff. Every time I have watched an interaction the tops system freezes or gets stuck and is always slow.
The management has no idea how to run a store they are just always apologizing to customers and on the phone to is.
So my question is ... is the pay worth the crappy invroment? And constantly pissed off customers? And horrible system?
Also I hate retail to begin with but it seems that this is a whole other level of hell. I have been trying to give it the benefit if a bought but its really hard when bad things keep happening.
I was even talked to for being 2 mins late but I was only late because I fell on the ice outside their store.... I get constant looks of disaporval from the management. All the other people who work there know each other from high school so I feel like I don't fit in. ....
Really the only way I can stay at this place is if the pay is incredible... anyone have insite on this issue and expertice in what I should do.
Honestly tho everyday I go there it gets worse.
