Well the reason I ask that is because it seems that this is a little different. It was advertised that customers could sign up for one and done contracts and be able to upgrade w/o contracts in the future., but they never received the benefit from it. To me it is like Sprint saying "we are offering unlimited data for life", and shortly after saying "no more unlimited data, because rates can change w/o notice.

To me, it seems that those customers who signed up during that time, should still be able to take benefits of no more contracts. I understand new customers not getting the opportunity. But those existing customers actually never received the benefit promised to them. So is it at least not false advertisement? I am not saying that this should get them out of their existing contract, as much as I am saying, they still have to honor that one contract, but get compensated in some way for the ultimate bait and switch..
