Yeah, I was never very good at guzzling the Kool-Aid.
I felt like they have been trying to set us up to fail, but our community has really gotten behind us and made it difficult for them to hurt us. That being said, I agree, American Companies are definitely looking for ways to have customer they neither have to see or actually deal with. It's almost like it's more important for them to pay their upper management than actually provide the services that they got in to business for.

I wish I could say I would be happier not to be an agent, but seriously, I'm going to lose my business because of this. When there is no way for us to sell phones because of the non competitive clause of our contract (which they've broken nine ways to sunday), and because we are in a really small community and no other carrier will come into our community (which is why we had USCC). I won't be able to keep the lights on by selling all the little gizmos and whatsits that go with phones and other electronics.
There's no way that will make me happier.
