US Celluar Sold to Verizon

DID YOU CELLULAR GET BOUGHT OUT
I was looking on the US CELLULAR web page, Under Investor Relations. The are documents that look like an agreement to sell to Verizon. Does anyone have information about this. Do I need to find a NEW JOB.

Looks like it's only disclosing some partnership they have with Verizon in NY in the St. Lawrence Seaway rural service area. USCC also has a small investment with Verizon in Los Angeles of like 10% too. They have several investments with Verizon from what I've gathered. If they got bought out, it would be all over the internet and not just a small hidden paper buried on their website. Just like when they sold off their Chicago to St. Louis markets, it was all over the internet and the company too. If they sold out to a competitor, we'd all know it within a few hours to days after the agreement. That's not to say they may not be trying to sell considering how bad they are doing anymore. I think it's possible that Verizon would buy U.S. Cellular just for the spectrum alone, but I really think it will be Sprint with its new funding from SoftBank or Dish that will buy the rest of U.S.Cellular not just for the spectrum but also the network. For the last couple of years while Sprint and U.S. Cellular have been negotiating the Chicagoland and St. Louis market, U.S.Cellular did nothing to improve the network in those areas, which is understandable , but I have also noticed that Sprint has done nothing to improve its 4G in pretty much all of Wisconsin or Iowa. why do you think that is?. If Sprint wants to be a legitimate player against Verizon and AT&T , buying U.S.Cellular would be a perfect fit.
